Based on the structure of our Iconic 3-Day Experience, this unique Experience focuses on riding, relaxation and an opportunity for you to plan a life where you can find moments of 'flow' more regularly.

Your experience includes;

  • Unique 'Deep Flow' Experience:
    • 1 x Floating Sauna session.
    • Daily guided yoga and breath session on the deck.
    • Daily Yoga nidra
    • Evening meditation and ‘yoga lifestyle’ sessions focused on how we bring yoga, mindfulness and flow to everyday activities
  • Return transfers between Launceston and the Blue Derby Mountain Bike Trails.
  • Accommodation each night in our unique and private quarters; pods (twin share) and central hub building.
  • All gourmet Tasmanian meals and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).
  • Two qualified Experience Leaders for the duration of the Experience.
  • Premium mountain bike and gear hire (mountain bike, helmet, gloves and riding spray jacket).
  • Private uplift shuttles.

Please note:

  • The Blue Derby Pods Ride journey begins in Launceston, Tasmania. Our BDPR bus can pick you up from your hotel or accommodation in the Launceston area if required.
  • This special Wellness Experience only departs on the 31st of January 2025.
  • There is the option to pay the full amount upfront, or pay a 50% deposit to secure your place at time of booking (provided your trip departure is 30 days or more away). This option is selected on the final booking page. The balance for your experience is due 30 days prior to departure. 
  • For bookings 365 days or more, you are only required to pay a 25% deposit. Please get it touch directly.
  • $10 of every guest booking is contributed to the maintenance of the Blue Derby Mountain Bike Trails.
  • An additional booking fee of 1.9% is charged on the final booking page.
